Marriage and family life are full of both joy and challenge. Sometimes you just need a space to pause, reflect, and get the tools to move forward together. Coaching is about creating that space — a safe, supportive place to focus on your relationship and your home.
What I Offer
I provide one-on-one coaching sessions for couples and individuals who want to:
Build healthier homes — setting patterns of respect, patience, and care.
Strengthen communication — learning to listen, understand, and be heard.
Prepare for marriage — building a strong foundation before you say “I do.”
Navigate the early years — balancing the transition into marriage or parenthood.
Deepen connection — renewing love, trust, and shared vision.
My Approach
I combine practical tools with real-life understanding.
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies (Child and Family Advocacy emphasis), I’ve studied the patterns that strengthen families.
- I’m certified in Prepare-Enrich and currently completing SYMBIS certification — research-backed frameworks that help couples identify strengths and growth areas.
- Most importantly, I bring the perspective of a wife and mom who is living this journey too. Coaching with me isn’t about one-size-fits-all answers. It’s about finding what works for your relationship.
How it Works
Book a Session – Choose a time that works for you.
Take an Assessment – (optional) We can use Prepare-Enrich or SYMBIS to create a personalized roadmap.
Meet Together – Sessions are available virtually (or in-person if local). We’ll focus on your goals and next steps.
Grow Over Time – Whether you want a single session or an ongoing plan, I’ll walk with you as you put things into practice.
Is Coaching Right for You?
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Many couples and individuals find it helpful to check in with someone who can provide perspective, tools, and encouragement. If you want to invest in your relationship or family, coaching is for you.
